We charge £49 for your search which includes us providing the entries for the s198/199 and the indemnification against potential litigation for consequential loss of tax savings due to inaccurate s198/199 entries. If you decide to purchase more than 5 searches it might be worth considering one of our monthly bundles.
If there is no claim potential then we will provide you with written confirmation of this and the appropriate information for the s198/199 entries.
We'll handle the claim directly with their accountant and let you have the correct entries for the s198/199.
